Quality and continuity of staff are an important part of the Happy Harbour program. Our teachers are dedicated, loving individuals who truly enjoy working with young children. Every teacher has undergone a detailed background check and completes a minimum of 15 clock hours of continuing education each school year. We are staffed with two teachers in each classroom, and our child:caregiver ratios are well below the state requirements, allowing for a high degree of individual attention. Our staff also includes two Music teachers who conduct music and movement classes each day. All teachers are certified in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
